Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns
Share information about our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues
Document and update customer records after each interaction
Build your knowledge of our growing range of services
What You Bring
Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Medical Waste Solutions, Retain and Shred, and Dirty Dog Dumpster are veteran-owned, family-operated companies serving customers across the Midwest. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to keep our customers and drivers on track.
What You'll Do
Schedule customer service in our routing software
Answer customer questions by phone and email
Manage collections and follow up with new customers
Coordinate with on-call customers and our drivers
Sell service to new clients and grow existing accounts
Help drop-off customers with materials, paperwork, and payments
What You Bring
Solid experience in office-based (non-retail) customer service
Dependability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Clear, professional communication by phone, text, and email
Comfort with computers and fast, accurate typing
Strong organization and the ability to juggle priorities
Confidence in sales conversations with prospective clients
Medical Waste Solutions is a friendly, family-owned and operated business providing efficient, cost-effective disposal services across Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. We build strong client relationships on honesty and integrity, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to help us grow. Salary is $50K base plus commission and bonuses.

Help grow our business across Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin
What You Bring
A focused, self-motivated approach to your work
Ability to learn quickly through reading, one-on-one training, and hands-on experience
A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Professional communication by phone, text, email, and in person
Comfort with computers and typing; CRM experience preferred
A positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
